Analysing our data from last season, we’ve come up with a list of the top 20 most-read resort guides on the site. We looked at the stats from the beginning of November to the end of April and compared page views for each of our 100 guides.
Here are the top 20 according to you, in reverse order (yes, to increase the suspense...):
Every ski bum dreams of spending a couple of weeks traveling the Powder Highway. From Whistler to Red Mountain, to Roger’s Pass and Quebec, Canada offers some of the most consistent and overall rad skiing in the world. It’s like Europe, except for the home-brewed espresso is replaced by Tim Hortons and the croissants are substituted by poutine.
So if this is the year you leave the States to ski Canada, visit the following 10 resorts.
To determine the ranking, Wanderbat used a rating system that compares resorts based on mountain size, terrain, snowfall, and the magazine awards each has won.
Colorado and Utah dominate the list with a combined 14 of the top 20 resorts, followed by three in California, one in Wyoming, and two in Montana.
