You are able to return your purchase within 14 days of your receiving of your purchase from us. All items returned to us must be in NEW condition, including all original packaging and ATTACHED hang tags. The items must be absent of any odour including but not limited to: perfumes/colognes, cigarette smoke, etc. Any items returned not in accordance to the above guidelines will be refused and shipped back to the customer at their expense.
All returns will have a charge of a $5.00 environmental fee. The full amount is donated to local environmental efforts.
Returning Product via Mail
Online purchases require a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Please contact us or email us at customerservice@strub.ca for your RA# and shipping information. This RA Number must be clearly written on the outside of the package.
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returned items must be sent prepaid via Regular Parcel Post or a courier of your choice. STRUB ACTIVEWEAR will not be responsible for any items damaged or lost in transit. Please insure your parcel adequately to accommodate any potential damage or loss. If you are sending merchandise back for an exchange, please include written authorization to charge the credit card for return shipping.
Returning Online Purchases In-Store
All online purchases can be returned in store for exchange or store credit. If a refund is needed the processing time will take up to five business days to process to the same credit card of purchase.
Clearance and Sales Items are FINAL SALE. No exchange or refunds.
