Party4Health is hosting the Raincouver Umbrella Party on Friday, September 21st, 2018.

The rainy season in Vancouver is terrible. Accompanied by puddles, seasonal affective disorder, and gloom, there’s nothing to look forward to, or look at.

However, Umbrella Party is looking to change all that. It’s going to be the rainiest, outdoor urban dance party in history. They are going to explore a pedestrian paradise with happy beats and, of course, umbrellas.

The event falls on World Peace Day and organizers hope to raise awareness for mental health.

Event admission is by donation but online registration is mandatory. The starting location will be announced at a later date.

Participants are heavily encouraged to bring a neon umbrella, gum boots, and your most colourful rain jacket!
