At 321 hectares (or almost 800 acres), the Revelstoke Adventure Park will be a magnet for outdoor adventure seekers. Home to activities like hiking, mountain biking, rock climbing, horseback riding, zip-lining, bungee jumping, tree-top adventures, mountain coasters and even sky swings, it's safe to say you'll be spoilt for choice.
Naturally, the plans are garnering a lot of excitement. According to an article by CBC, they've actually been over 10 years in the making, and should be completed well enough to open part of the park in spring 2018. If you can't quite wait that long, you can still plan a visit to Revelstoke Mountain Resort and nearby Canyon Hot Springs. After all, there's no better way to pass the time than a good ski and soak sesh.
